For Cecelia Fuller, opening up a bakery on wheels was a natural career move. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in management from The Art Institute of Tampa, with a focus in baking, and spent years working at both food trucks and bakeries after graduation. A La Mode combined her collective skills. Now, she serves up a whole range of baked goods alongside ice cream to sugar craving residents across Knoxville, TN.
Cecelia uses a seasonal menu to ensure each dessert has a rich, fresh flavor. Ice cream is, obviously, a major player on the menu. You’ll find everything from ice cream pies to ice cream cookie sandwiches to light, fluffy pastries topped off with a generous scoop of velvety vanilla. Plus, there are sweet drinks so you can nab a double-whammy of saccharine flavor when you quench your thirst. If this is making your sweet tooth call, you know where to go to satisfy it. Need something else to entice you? They cater. So, book A La Mode for your next event. This dreamy dessert table is one guests won’t soon forget.
