Big Wang’s Chinese Street Food comes from a couple of talented chefs out to change the culinary scene. At least when it comes to traditional Chinese food. It’s a food truck that modernizes that much sought after cuisine, culminating in a full bodied menu built to satisfy.
The idea behind Big Wang’s Chinese Street Food started with executive chef Whitman Kam deciding he wanted something a little different from the regular Chinese food establishment. So he reached out to his fellow sous chef Anthony Nolazco, both having graduated from the illustrious Le Cordon Bleu. And the rest, as they say, is delicious history. Start off your meal right with their mini crab rangoons and savory pork and shrimp egg rolls. From there, it’s no telling what entree you’ll sink your teeth into. Go the more traditional route with beef & broccoli, or try out Big Wang’s fried rice topped with sweet and sour sauce and molasses soy. Not to mention their specialty General Wang’s chicken marinated in five spices and double fried. Honestly, there’s too much goodness to list out here, so you’ll just have to trust us on this one. Find Big Wang’s Chinese Street Food in Chicago, or have ’em out to cater your next event. They won’t disappoint.
