When you start in the restaurant kitchen at age 15 working your way up from dish washer, there’s little you don’t learn over the next few decades. Chef Fox ended up learning from the best, with French chefs in the French Quarters of New Orleans, and now he’s serving up the best jambalaya, street wings, and red beans and rice that you ever saw in Atlanta or anywhere else. Any event, from weddings to family reunions, could use a little spice from Chef Fox to make it a day to remember.
