Chelsea’s was a dream come true for Chelsea Surrett Stovall. A local and recent graduate of the University of Tennessee, she spent some years working in creative marketing. While she enjoyed the creative side, the hours weren’t so great. So instead, she combined that creativity with her passion for cooking and thus Chelsea’s was born. Luckily for us, that gives Chelsea the freedom to serve up the tastiest cheeses (sometimes homemade!) with fresh ingredients, all melted together with bread fresh off the grill. Whenever it’s comfort you crave, give Chelsea’s a call and get ready to be more than satisfied.

• The Gregory – You know what other food has cheese at its core? Mexican. Chelsea’s fusion sandwich includes queso, ground beef, and fajita veggies, and tops it with lettuce, tomato, sour cream AND guacamole. Muy delicioso.
