James Golden spent decades in the catering and restaurant business, garnering quite the impressive resume. He owned 21 restaurants and catered for the likes of Bill Clinton over the years. Now, alongside his wife and business partner, he’s opting to go the food truck route with K&E’s Italian Kitchen.
