I own this beautiful trailer truck , selling Authentic Italian food ( homemade pasta and subs ), and specialty from Napoli like Fried calzone ,fried pizza and the famous Cuoppo ( a paper cone full of fried little arancini, pasta pie , potatoes croquet….) I’m in the restaurant business since 2000 in Italy , then I moved here in 2013 .
