Inspired by renowned Viking hero, Leif Eriksson, Viveca and her husband Håkan left their home of Stockholm, Sweden to pursue the life of American drag racers in Orlando, Florida. Viveca became known as “The World’s Fastest Viking” with Håkan by her side as crew chief. After many exciting years of life in the fast lane, this team decided to take on a new adventure of a completely different mobile nature.
Håkan hand-customized an ex-NASA truck and turned it into SwedeDISH, serving delicious Swedish traditions fused with Central Florida roots. Together, Viveca and Håkan craft authentic and homemade Swedish meatballs, wraps, burgers, and pastry pies. They’re passionate about their recipes through and through, from making everything fresh to order, to naming everything after Nordic folk legends.
