Dan The Pig Man’s Outdoor Feasts cater to the greater Charlotte area. Our menu focuses on Southern fusion cuisine and slow smoked meats. We offer eclectic twists on classic Southern food. The menu includes sandwiches, ribs, pulled pork, and traditonal souther sides such as black-eyed peas, collards and cornbread. Dan the Pig Man also hosts outdoor cooking events such as whole hog barbecues, oyster roasts, and shrimp boils cooked on site.
