It takes a lot of work to become famous in the BBQ scene, and no one knows this better than Kenneth Oglesby of Big O’s Famous BBQ. Since he was little, he had big dreams of owning his own restaurant. After years grilling up the best BBQ for church events to much acclaim, he decided to take a leap of faith and start serving it on wheels. Big O’s Famous BBQ was born, giving Knoxville a chance to savor his famous ‘Q all from the window of a food truck.
